Do you have any previous moderating experience? Yes I've had a fair bit of previous experience, thought to say none has been very recent at all, maybe 2-3 year ago.
Do you understand that abusing your powers will result in demotion and you will not be reconsidered for another staff position? Yes.
How many hours do you think you will have to spare to the forums daily and the game? I'm on the client roughly 8+hours a day. The forums side of things I'm just getting to grips with and am on it roughly an hour a day really as their isn't much for me to do on it right now.
Why should we chose you to be part of the staff team? I am a very active supportive user and have been encouraging new people to stay and join the community on a day to day basis. Even though I have been on for just over 5 days, I feel as I have helped with many different things already. I know pretty much everything about the game already so I can answer many new peoples questions. If people start to cause problems or irritate others I would be able to deal with it by just either speaking to the person and seeing what's happened and resolving it through speech but if this doesn't work I would then have to use the commands such as mute to solve the situation. I generally don't like to see people punished as it lowers motivation to carry on playing so I would do this as a last resort. I can help bring ideas forward to contribute to making the server even better. I have encouraged people to stay for example, Rush2059, who actually encouraged me to make this post and he is now a donator and dedicated player so happy days
