This happened when i teleported to kbd, i got hit by a demon at the same time of clicking the ladder, then my character started running east into a gray hill and i got disconnected. When i logged back on i was in this empty space ^ picture above to show what it looks like. I can't move as well and something i discovered is that when i drop an item, it disappears but appears as a red dot on the minimap and i can't pick the item up.
