Do you have any previous moderating experience? I have very high experience in staff team moderating, I was recently a CM (Community Manager) As head admin position on a server.
We we're First page of Rune locus around rank 40 - 45, The server closed due to Owner having exams and was just frustrated with little time and so much coding and keeping up with the server.
He then decided to give it a break. So now I have came to a lower populated server which has a small Population to help show my experience and help you guys grow as a sever.
Do you understand that abusing your powers will result in demotion and you will not be reconsidered for another staff position? I 100% Understand this, I take rule breaking very seriously.
How many hours do you think you will have to spare to the forums daily? I would be able to at least dedicate around 4-6 hour's to the forums maybe even more on my day's off.
Why should we chose you to be part of the staff team? I would like to think that the reason why you would want to choose me to be apart of such a great server is because I can offer a lot of staff experience, I'm great at helping making a server grow. I have shared many way's to "Jon" Who is one of the co-owner's in-game on how we can earn many player's as a server, the whole reason why my old server was on first page on Rune Locus was 75% down to me.
I'm very good at handling situations in-game when it comes to rule's being broken so this would also make me a good candidate to the staff team.
Another reason why making me Moderator would be a great idea is down to my personality I know how to have a laugh and make people feel like they can tell me thing's and I can genuinely have a good chat with anyone, no matter where they are from, what aspect they've grown up-in, Race , Religion , Sex. I'm a very open minded person who can give guidance to help many people.
